The story
oe Lin Oo, an ethnic Karen from Thaton in Mon State, names the openweight champion Shwe Du Wun as his role model. His ability to take punishment earned him the nicknames Man of Steel and Iron Man. He won the 60 kg Golden Belt Championship in 2010 and fought repeated draws with Tun Tun Min, Too Too and Tway Ma Shaung. Poland's Artur Saladiak outpointed him in a 2017 WLC main event, but he answered with knockouts of Muay Thai world champion Iquezang Kor.Rungthanakeat in 2018 and, with a headbutt, former Lumpinee and Rajadamnern champion Pakorn P.K. Saenchai Muaythaigym in 2019. His Lethwei record stands at 71 wins and three losses in 126 fights. In 2024 three straight knockouts earned him a ONE Championship contract in Muay Thai, where his record is 3-4.

Take the exchange on a tight guard, chin tucked and elbows in, and answer at once with a straight right down the middle; toughness only pays off behind good structure.
