The story
ave Leduc started martial arts in Gatineau, Quebec, in 2009 under Sifu Patrick Marcil, who showed him an old tape of Lethwei. With the sport illegal in Quebec, he built a pro Muay Thai record in Phuket, then made his Lethwei debut in Yangon in 2016 with a draw against unbeaten 75 kg champion Too Too. After a draw with openweight champion Tun Tun Min, he won their December 2016 rematch when a knee injury ended the fight in the third round, becoming the first non-Burmese Golden Belt holder. He never lost in 12 Lethwei bouts, stopped UFC veteran Seth Baczynski for the first WLC cruiserweight title in 2019, and beat Cyrus Washington in Wyoming in the first Lethwei title fight in the United States. He retired in 2023 and signed a comeback deal in March 2026.
