What it is
Three throwing systems from the clinch, taught without the gi so they work in MMA and no-gi. Greco-Roman allows no holds below the waist, so everything is upper body: body locks, arm throws, the suplex. Freestyle adds leg attacks.
Judo sequences every throw as grip fighting (kumi-kata), off-balancing (kuzushi), fitting in (tsukuri) and execution (kake), across hand, hip, foot and sacrifice techniques.
